Selena Creed
Get to Know Me…
Holly, MI
My name is Selena! I am a lifelong Michigander who grew up hunting small game, ruffed grouse, and white-tailed deer with my dad. I earned a degree in Wildlife Management from Lake Superior State University and am the Senior Wildlife Biologist for a busy metropolitan airport. I have a passion for raptor conservation and have over a decade of experience handling and banding raptors. This passion for raptor conservation led me to pursue falconry and was ultimately the impetus for my transition to lead-free tackle and ammunition. While small game hunting looks a little different these days—with a hawk on my first rather than a gun in my hand—I still enjoy hunting turkey and white-tailed deer and have been consistently impressed by the lead-free alternatives. I currently live in southeast Michigan with my wife, our dog, and my RTHA.
